Second Annual Fall Feast, Film & FUNdraiser
Friday, November 11, 2011 |  5-8pm (Auction closes at 7:45pm) | Windy Ridge Café & Media Center


Our Second Annual Fall FUNdraiser will include dinner, silent auction, children's activities and much more! Following dinner, the adults will proceed to the Silent Auction and our Sweet Shoppe featuring nominally priced bottomless cups of coffee with gourmet desserts. Meanwhile, the K-8 students (supervised by WR faculty) will stay in the cafe and play bingo and do other fun activities. The Cafe will have dollar concessions available. Students may visit the Silent Auction with an adult prior to the start of the children's activities from 5-6:30pm.

Non-school aged children must be supervised by an adult or chaperone throughout the evening. Children will remain in the Café until a parent checks them out. To avoid disruption and for the safety of our students, children may not come and go from the Café. Bingo is only available with dinner purchase. Due to limited seating, late arrivals by non-ticket holders may be turned away.

Schedule of Events

5:00-6:30pm Family Feast catered by Four Rivers Smokehouse. Download a Dinner Ticket Pre-Order Form. Orders must be received by Monday, November 7. Make checks payable to Windy Ridge PTA. 
  Live dinner music from our Windy Ridge Music Department, plus entertainment for the children.
6:30pm Concessions open. $1 popcorn, snocones & water available.
6:40pm Children's Activities - Supervision provided during the activities for K-8 children.
5:00-8:00pm Silent Auction with locally donated items, giftcards and priceless memorabilia.  For the 2nd year in a row, we are offering a "Buy it Now" option on select items for their full retail value. Click here for a list of items available for bid. (updated 11/10/11) Plus, credit cards will be accepted at the auction. Please note: a 3% convenience fee will be added to your bill.
6:30-8:00pm Adult Coffee & Sweet Shoppe with treats ranging from $2-$4 and bottomless cups of coffee.
7:45pm  Silent Auction closes promptly at 7:45pm. Attendees will be able to cash out on their many winnings. PTA can now accept Credit Cards as a form of payment. Please note: a 3% convenience fee will be added to your bill.
