PTA Order Form (updated form coming soon) - Use this form to order everything: PTA Membership, School Directory, T-shirts, Car Magnets, Window Clings, Notepads, Nurses Fund Donation and more.
Target Store Rebate Programs:
Target Take Charge of Education Program - Target will donate 1% of Target Visa and Target Guest Card purchases made at Target and target.com, and 1/2% of Target Visa purchases made elsewhere, to the eligible K-12 school of your choice. To sign up for a card or LINK your existing card, go to www.target.com, click on the Take Charge of Education link at the bottom of the page, and use Windy Ridge ID #41596 to link to our school. Target supports schools in a variety of ways, including grants and rebates. To participate in the rebate program, apply for a Target credit card and link your card to Windy Ridge Elementary. Your purchases with the card are eligible for school rebates. Office Depot Programs:
Windy Ridge Office Depot school rewards number is #70023199. You can give them YOUR personal rewards number AND the school rewards number at checkout. Both will get the rewards points. If you don’t have the number with you, ask them to look it up for you.
